Do you have a wait list?
We operate a wait list for our after school care sessions
After school care is normally fully booked Mondays through Thursdays inclusive.

Our before school care and vacation care sessions normally have spaces available, which can be booked using the Xplor Home app.

See here for more information on enrolments.

Do you have casual bookings available?
We have casual bookings available for all sessions
Please be aware that some days can be easier than others to obtain a casual booking.

Before School Care:
Can be booked on the Xplor Home app up to and including the morning of the required session.

After School Care:
Excepting Fridays, our after school care casual bookings can be difficult to obtain due to overwhelming demand.

Please see here for additional information on how to book casual after school care sessions.

Vacation Care:
Can be booked on the Xplor Home app; an email will be sent to families on our mailing list with the date the bookings open.
Some sessions book out faster than others. Check the Xplor Home app for availability and contact our administration team if you are unable to book your required space.

Are you closed over Christmas or New Year?
We have a short period of closure over Christmas/New Year
The exact dates are voted upon each year at a P&C General Meeting.

For the 2025/2026 closure, the dates are as follows:

Early closure: We will close at 5:30pm on Christmas Eve, the 24th of December 2025

Re-opening: We will re-open at 6:30am on Monday the 5th of January 2026.
How do I sign up for extra-curricular activities?
Activities are not organised by OSHC, however we need a permission form to release your child to any activities
All extra-curricular activities are organised through the school. You can ask at the school administration for further details of currently available extra-curricular activities, and flyers are often sent home in your child/ren's communication folder.

Once enrolled into an extra-curricular, if your child will be attending OSHC on that day please fill out this form to authorise OSHC to take your child to/from the activity.

When should I enrol my soon-to-be prep?
Email us before August in the year prior to your child's start date
We open enrolments for prep children on the 1st of September (or nearest business day) the year prior to their start date. So for children beginning prep in 2027, enrolments will open on the 1st of September 2026.

To access enrolment information prior to this date, please email our administration staff to be added to the communication list. Up to date information and links are sent to all families on the communication list during the month of August.
Do you have higher priority bookings for families with special circumstances?
We have three priority of access levels
We have three priority of access levels for families enrolling in OSHC.

Priority One:
Families with children who are at risk of abuse or neglect (e.g. families with foster children or any families eligible to get the Additional Child Care Subsidy from Services Australia).

Priority Two:
Families who meet the work or study requirements outlined in our priority of access information.

Priority Three:
All other families.

Unfortunately due to the myriad of complicated dynamics that families experience, we are unable to further prioritise families with circumstances that do not fit into the above categories.
