Ashleigh Sneyd
Ash has worked with us at McDowall OSHC since 2021. She is almost finished studying her Bachelor of Primary Education.

OSHC Manager & Nominated Supervisor
Lara Douglas
Lara began working at McDowall OSHC in 2018. Prior to this she worked in the OSHC sector for 10 years, beginning as an educator before becoming a lead educator and then a coordinator.
​
Lara holds her Certificate III in Children's Services and Diploma in School Aged Education and Care.
​
When not working, Lara enjoys reading, fishing, camping, and spending time with her family including her husband and two school-aged boys.

Assistant Coordinator - Seniors & HR
Joshua Elmslie
Josh began working at McDowall OSHC in 2015. He has worked with us as an educator, lead educator, and an educational leader before settling into his current role.
​
Josh is currently studying his Diploma in School Aged Education and Care.
​
In his spare time, Josh plays AFL for the Kedron Lions and enjoys watching the NBA. Josh also enjoys going for walks with his dog, Eddie.​

Assistant Coordinator - Juniors & WHS
Isaac Parfitt
Isaac began working at McDowall OSHC in 2023. Prior to beginning at McDowall he was an OSHC educator for five years.
​
Isaac holds his Certificate III and IV in Fitness and has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration.
​
Isaac enjoys going to the gym in his spare time as well as hanging out with friends and family. He is also a big sports fan and loves watching the Melbourne Storm in the NRL.​

Educational Leader
Zachary Hull
Zach began working at McDowall OSHC in 2022. He began as an educator and then a lead educator before taking on the educational leader position.

Zach is currently studying a Bachelor of Business and is majoring in Finance.
​
When not working or studying, Zach loves watching football and cricket.
​
Zach also enjoys buying and trading collectibles.
